Our Supported Contact service offers a relaxed and neutral environment where children and family members can spend time together with staff available for reassurance and assistance when needed.
Supported sessions do not require close observation or detailed reporting our team is present to offer gentle support, and maintain a positive atmosphere throughout the visit.
Sessions can take place in our private contact space or within community settings depending on what best suits your family’s needs.
We provide a safe, supportive space where children and their family members can spend quality time together under the guidance of a trained professional.
Supervised contact can take place in our private, comfortable setting, or in public spaces such as parks or community venues — wherever feels most suitable for the child’s needs and best supports a natural connection.

For families who are unable to meet in person, True Connections offers Virtual Contact sessions via secure online platforms. These sessions allow children and family members to stay connected and maintain meaningful relationships from a distance.
Our trained staff can facilitate and monitor sessions where required, ensuring interactions remain safe, supportive, and focused on the child’s wellbeing.
Our team can provide professional written reports and summaries following supervised or supported contact sessions, ensuring that the information is presented fairly, factually, and in line with court expectations.
We also offer assistance in preparing or drafting contact-related court documents, such as reports requested by solicitors or social services, helping to support transparency and positive outcomes for families.
Our Handover service helps parents and carers manage transitions smoothly and safely. A trained member of our team oversees the exchange of the child from one parent to another, ensuring there is no direct conflict or unnecessary contact between adults.
Handover sessions can take place at our private premises or in a neutral community space, supporting a calm and positive experience for the child.

We are committed to helping children and families maintain meaningful, safe, and supported relationships — no matter their circumstances.
Founded by professionals with lived experience in social work and HR, our service was built with one core belief: every child deserves the chance to stay connected to their loved ones.
No two families look the same — and neither do their stories.
We know that for all sorts of reasons, children can’t always spend time with their loved ones face-to-face. Whether it’s court restrictions, safeguarding concerns, or simply miles in between, we’re here to help keep those connections strong. From our child focused centre to local community meetups, even secure virtual sessions, we offer flexible contact that fits real lives, real needs, and real families.
Online contact has become an increasingly important part of maintaining family ties, especially when face-to-face contact isn’t possible. We ensure every session is safe, structured, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each child and family.
True Connections is more than just a service — it’s a bridge that keeps families close, even when life tries to pull them apart.

At True Connections, we go beyond offering contact — we help families build meaningful, lasting connections in ways that work for them.
